• This annual FREE ONLINE conference was conducted last March 17th – 18th, 2023 –- through a ZOOM Video Conferencing. 
• These Expert-led webinars that aimed to improve our efforts to realize and embed safety in our facilities 
• We belief that everyone can play a role in advancing safety of health care services in our facilities or Safety in general. 
• Patient Safety Awareness Week is an annual recognition event pioneered by IHI/NPSF intended to encourage everyone to learn more about health care safety

  • Healthcare administrations.
  • Health Education, Public health and Health informatics professionals.

In March 2017, the World Health Organization (WHO) launched the third Global Patient Safety Challenge with the theme of medication without harm.

So Health services are encouraged to take action and prioritise medication safety across the WHO's three flagship areas:

1. Monitoring polypharmacy and responding to inappropriate polypharmacy
2. Reducing harm from high-risk medicines
3. Improving medication safety at transitions of care

Patients, with the support of their healthcare providers, are also encouraged to better understand their medicines to improve their safe and quality use of medicines.
